  This white canvas may not seem like much at the moment, but it holds the sketch of a work that’s very meaningful to me. The lines are just not visible. • "Dance Atop The Sky" is complete

  In the choreography of a stormy Hong Kong sky, two classical dancers are captured mid-pose in a traditional ballet stance. They are accompanied by the sound of a violin. A warm, golden light sets a calm and cheerful mood, inviting the viewer into a moment of relaxation.   With today's work, both dancers are complete. The final task is to finish the dance floor. After that, I'll take some time to observe for any necessary reworking.

  With these last days of work, the violinist is complete. Of course, I know that later I'm going to find some small change to do, but the idea is clear. I think this transparent violin fits the scene well. And for a change, it allowed me to work on a new idea. As I said, I've already painted it several times, but the transparency adds something new.   With today’s work, the first layer of the background is complete. Now, a few days of rest to let it dry, and then I start working on the subjects.
• The town at the bottom

  With today's work, I started the town at the bottom of the canvas. It will be a long job, with a lot of details (for a change ;-) ). But I like the colors I picked so far; the more I see it, the more I believe that I picked the right environment for this scene. Let me know what you think.
• The sky is almost complete

  With today's progress, the sky is almost finished. It's time to start working on the town below, and I plan to do that during my next session. The top of the tall building in the background is already visible.

  With today's work, "Freestyle" is now complete. The light I chose for this piece is strong and cold, which, in my opinion, should help the viewer feel the adrenaline of the action experienced by the subject.
